This may sound obvious but if it was so obvious how come everyone doesn't do it? In fact, nothing is obvious anymore.
We have all become so consumed with our daily routines that we forget to take care of numero uno! Would you miss a really important meeting with a very important person who can impact the rest of your life?
Of course not.
YOU are the most important person. Start remembering that and stop neglecting your health and physical fitness.
One thing many people forget to do in the morning is to eat breakfast. Eating breakfast is extremely important because it gets your metabolism started and keeps your blood sugar stable.
When you don't eat for a while your blood sugar drops due to lack of nutrients from lack of food. Then, when you eat your blood sugar spikes. When your blood sugar spikes that causes there to be excess insulin in your blood.
When there is excess insulin in your blood, your body stores fat more readily.
Not cool.
A great breakfast would consist of whole grains, fruit and a lean source of protein.
Make sure to start eating breakfast, even if you aren't hungry, so your body doesn't store fat!
We all value our health and physical fitness. The reason why we take our health and physical fitness for granted and don't take it seriously is because we don't have someone to hold us accountable. You need someone who really cares about your success or else it's just to easy to say, "Screw it, I'll start tomorrow!" That tomorrow never comes and you know it.
