Health & Fitness: Do you do this everyday?
This may sound obvious but if it was obvious everyone would do it. Do you take a basic multi-vitamin everyday?
You should. There is no brand that I have come across that is far superior to others so it doesn't really matter what brand. Just take one.
Most of the multi-vitamins have to be taken with food, so why not have them with breakfast? This way you can get it out of the way early and start your day off healthy.
